Since our product is made to order, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Please email us if there is any issue and we will work hard to help you.

Shipping

We use USPS and will mail you a tracking number when we have shipped the item.

How long?

Most items that are custom made will take 2-3 weeks to be made and mailed to you.
